MOMOTOSE
“Nojuku” Type of Aged Sake “Momotose”
Full-bodied sakes can improve in flavor wonderfully with age, and such well-aged sakes will give you an entirely new experience of sake.
Aged sakes have such unique flavors that they can pair with various types of dishes, creating new ways of enjoying sake parings.
Sakes That Are Long-Living; 10 Years, 20 Years and 30 Years
We first started to work on aging sake in 1959. At that time, sake was highly demanded. Since any sake could sell well, it was absolutely ridiculous to let sakes sit for a long time in the brewery.
