What is Rice Milk?
Milk-like beverage made from a rice base. This drink has garnered attention from a variety of health-conscious communities, starting in Europe and North America with the growing proportion of vegetarians in those regions, and in Japan among health-conscious consumers, those with food allergies, lactose-intolerant consumers, and vegans (those who subscribe to fully plant-based diets).

Hakusan. Using our in-house expertise, we have created a drink with both a delicate flavor and a smooth texture. Passed certification by the Japan Vegan Society.

Thanks to the fermentation, the Fermented Rice Milk is high in nutritional value such as vitamins, minerals, and essential amino acids. In addition, it is also free of cholesterol, lactose and fat. It can be used in cooking and making sweets.
